At River of Dreams Sleep Consulting, we offer a wide range of sleep consulting services, focusing on infants, toddlers, and preschoolers. We have a range of services that families can choose from that start with a 15-minute free consultation and build to ongoing family sleep support.

You will arrange a phone call or zoom with our sleep expert to discuss your family's needs and come up with a plan that works with your family to improve the sleep in your house!

Our owner and founder, Margaret Rowan, is certified through the Center for Pediatric Sleep management as a sleep consultant. She has a degree in early childhood education and years of experience working with families and young children. 

We are located in Westchester, NY but can provide virtual services nationwide.
