I’m a certified pediatric sleep consultant with a lifelong passion for helping children—and the families who love them—truly thrive. As a mother of two wonderful sons and an educator with more than 45 years of experience in early childhood education, I bring both deep professional expertise and heartfelt understanding to every family I support.
I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Early Childhood Education. Throughout my career, I’ve been dedicated to ensuring children receive the care, guidance, and tools they need for a strong, confident start. I’ve supported countless families as they navigate developmental and educational challenges, helping create positive, successful experiences both at home and in school.
In addition to working directly with families, I’ve led professional development for educators, supporting teachers in strengthening their practice, fostering collaborative environments, and meeting the diverse needs of young learners.
Community service is also an important part of who I am. I’m proud to volunteer with organizations such as The Treehouse, The Miracle League, Sunday Supper, and Access Equestrian—each committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families.
River of Dreams allows me to bring together my decades of experience, my passion for early childhood development, and my belief that well-rested families are healthier, happier, and better able to enjoy life together. I’m honored to support parents with compassionate, evidence-based sleep guidance and to help create calmer nights and brighter days for the whole family.
